Lost Signal: How phone addiction disconnects me from the reality

Like so many, during the pandemic my phone became the key vehicle to stay connected to the world. This biodiagram records and dissects the time spent on my phone throughout my daily schedule for one month during the pandemic. The time in this virtual world feels like a state of “no signal”. The black void describes how the addictive electronic device has consumed my daily life.
