A book documenting an experimental symposium, produced by Washington Project for the Arts around the topic of gathering, bringing together artists and organizers from all over the world.
The concept of the publication, which aims to act as a performance of the event and includes conversations, poetry, essays, film stills, recipes, documents and artworks, is based around one large “quilted” image, bringing together all of the book’s content into a singular image, which is then zoomed-in and cropped to make the pages of the book itself.
