Watermelon Pictures is a Palestinian-owned film production and distribution company founded by two Palestinian Chicago-based brothers. Their mission is to champion unheard voices and imagine our way into a liberated future through film. The bilingual visual identity system is ripe with meaningful symbols and gestures, from travel stamps and watermelon seeds to Arabic messaging and graphic devices that offer a fresh lens on Palestinian stories. To celebrate the brand’s launch, we designed sweatshirts, totes, stickers and a number of posters for the company’s first cohort of feature-length films.
