I created three posters for Shakespearean plays: "Romeo and Juliet," "Macbeth," and "Hamlet." Using a blend of analog and digital techniques, I aimed to capture the essence of each play.
For "Romeo and Juliet," I manipulated a moon face with a scanner, symbolizing the uncertainty in their relationship, echoing Juliet's line, "Don't swear by the moon, it is inconstant."
In "Macbeth," I experimented with ink stamps, creating layered text to convey Macbeth's traits: anxious, energized, and unpredictable.
In "Hamlet," I merged two typefaces to create a puzzle-like effect, mirroring Hamlet's exploration of mystery. Additionally, I used a copier machine to add texture to the display type.
