Andreas Mühe is one of Germany's best-known photographers, and in his photographic career, he has repeatedly analyzed - and shattered - German narratives and myths. Angela Merkel, Helmut Kohl, Honecker, hunting and the German forest, has thematized all of these in this gloomy, theatrical series of images, photographing places and protagonists as shells and backdrops.
The website allows the impressive works to be fully appreciated but is also a functional system of order, complemented with expressive typography.
