Columbus Area Art Council is a leading art agency in Columbus, Indiana. Inspired by the rich modernist legacy and architecture of Columbus, Normal created an identity system for CAAC built around a set of bold type formed from geometric shapes. These markers become more or less abstract depending on their arrangements. The outcome is a system that emphasizes the CAAC’s forward-thinking mission of integrating art and cultural experience into community life.
