Matt Avery

I am principal designer at the University of Chicago Press where I have been working since May of 2003. I've had work selected by or featured in the Type Director’s Club, the Chicago Design Museum, 50 books/50 covers, Communication Arts Typography Annual, Print, STA, Book Cover Designs, AAUP, Chicago Book Clinic, Faceoutbooks, design:related, and Gateways. All told I have been designing books inside and out for seventeen years.
