Armando Martinez-Celis is a graphic designer who finds his home to be in several places, although it’s safe to assume you can find him in Los Angeles. Since January 2014, he has been part of the design team at Innovation Protocol, where he focuses on strategy-focused brand projects for clients in a variety of sectors.
Before that, Armando attended the CalArts graphic design program (and graduated in 2013) where he developed an affinity for generating design work that is informed by research and thorough concept development while engaging a level of playfulness, exploration and surprise.
Since 2010, when he first moved to Los Angeles, he has worked and collaborated with LA-based brand firms and design studios including We First, Suisman Urban Design, CalArts Office of Public Affairs, Palaceworks, Scraplabs, Counterspace, and Still-Room. He also had the opportunity to serve as a design intern for Outpost, Handbuilt, and Ed Fella.
